She graduated from Glasgow University in 1998 and spent two and a half years working in Obstetrics and Gynaecology before completing her GP training. She is a GP Principal. Nisha has also completed a further 6 months training in sexual health and holds a postgraduate diploma in Gynaecology.

Mr Shah is currently a Consultant Gynaecologist & Obstetrician at the Royal Free London NHS Trust. He was previously the Clinical Director for Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals NHS Trust, which is now part of the Royal Free. He graduated from St George’s Medical School (London) in 1985 and completed his training in a number of London teaching hospitals. He has a special interest in vaginal surgery, menstrual disorders and pelvic pain as well as being trained in gynaecology scanning, colposcopy and out-patient hysteroscopy.

Mr. Selo-Ojeme is a Consultant Gynaecologist and Obstetrician at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.He graduated from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria in 1980, and completed his specialist registrar training on the North Thames Rotation. Dan has a special interest in incontinence and infertility and is trained in colposcopy. He is also the Clinical Tutor for the Trust.

Mr Menezes is currently employed as Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with special interest in Urogynaecology and Pelvic Floor Surgery at West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS trust. Before taking up Consultant post, he had extensive training in urogynaecology and prolapse surgery in addition to general obstetrics & gynaecology. He has special interest in urogynaecology and prolapse surgery. He has general and urogynaecology clinics at Watford General Hospital and operating sessions both at St Albans City Hospital and Watford General Hospital. He also has special interest in Medical Education. He is lead for undergraduate, postgraduate training (training Director) and Royal College Tutor in obstetrics and gynaecology at West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust. Mr Menezes has been continuously working in the field of obstetrics & gynaecology since 1990 and has an experience of about 22 years. After passing MBBS in 1988, he worked in busy general and teaching hospitals in India and abroad for about 10 years and acquired postgraduate qualifications (DGO, MD and DNB) in India. He moved to United Kingdom in the year 2000 for higher training and acquired MRCOG qualification in year 2001. During his training in the United Kingdom, he worked in busy district general and teaching hospitals in the South Thames and North Thames regions of London, including St Mary’s Hospital. Mr Menezes specialises in urogynaecology and pelvic floor surgery. He treats women with bladder problems and prolapse. He is skilled and experienced surgeon and performs wide range of major and minor surgeries. He is dedicated to improve quality of care and believes in importance of patients’ choice in treatment decisions according to individual needs.

Mr Malcolm Padwick - MD FRCOG

Mr Padwick is a specialist gynaecological surgeon performing advanced and radical open and laparoscopic surgery for all the major gynaecological complaints. Studied and qualified at King’s College Hospital Medical School, London in 1980. Completed Houseman and SHO posts at King’s College Hospital 1983. Spent 3 years as a Research Fellow between King's College Hospital, Chelsea Hospital for Women and the Imperial Cancer Research Fund at Lincoln’s Inn Field London. During this time research generated 12 papers covering hormonal therapies and endometrial response, new cytopathology techniques using monoclonal antibodies and a thesis on “Endometrial protection for postmenopausal women administered oestrogen’s”. Registrar and Senior Registrar posts were undertaken on rotation between Plymouth General, The Hammersmith and Southmead Bristol hospitals. Appointed consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist Watford General in 1995. Mr Padwick has always been interested and involved with advanced and radical gynaecological surgery. These interests led to him becoming the lead for colposcopy and gynaecological cancer surgery and now the designated Gynaecological oncologist for West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust. He is a member of the Multidisciplinary Team for gynaecological cancer at the Mount Vernon Cancer Centre. He performs in excess of 100 major cancer operations per year. He was one of the earliest surgeons to introduce and develop minimal access ( keyhole ) surgery, performing the first laparoscopic hysterectomy in the South West Region of England in 1993. Since that time he performed more than 250 further cases. He performs endometrial resection for heavy periods and was one of the contributors to the original RCOG MISLETOE study in 1991. He introduced laparoscopic CO2 LASER surgery to West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust in 1998, and has successfully treated more than 700 women suffering from endometriosis since that time. He has developed laparoscopic surgery techniques for the management of prolapse and reconstruction of the perineum after damage due to childbirth and has published papers on the surgical techniques for laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy for prolapse and ovarian cystectomy in the mid-trimester of pregnancy.

Mr Sanusi became a consultant at West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust in 2000. He started his specialist training at Pontefract General Hospital where he was able to learn basic obstetrics and gynaecology. He then moved from there to Dewsbury Hospital and was able to reinforce his experience in colposcopy and gynaecological surgery. Thereafter, he came back to London as a registrar at Edgware and Barnet Hospitals. He continued to learn more surgery in Urogynaecology and prolapse. He then became senior specialist registrar at St George's Hospital where he was able to acquire enormous experience in scanning under Prof Campbell. There he completed his specialist training and moved to Frimley Park Hospital. From there, he came to Watford General Hospital as a consultant.
