Appointments

We will try to make your appointment in a clinic as soon as possible. It is important that you try to keep the appointment date that is given to you. If you cannot keep your appointment please contact the Booking Service on 01727 823111 Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 6.00pm to rearrange your appointment.

Please try to arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time as you may be required to complete a short medical history form. On arrival, please report to the reception desk to make the receptionist aware of your arrival.

We aim to see our patients at their appointment time. However the unpredictable nature of patients illnesses and the need to examine patients means that consultations can overrun. We request your patience and understanding if you are kept waiting.
